Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns after an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• Your order number

We'll review the issue and do our best to find a suitable solution.

If your tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll help investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Delivery delays caused by shipping providers may occasionally occur.

We do not offer refunds for delivered orders, change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or buyer's remorse.
